Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional manner
- Manage and coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring they are presentable and well-equipped
- Maintain client areas, including reception, restrooms, and cloakrooms
- Handle walk-in client enquiries and assist with administrative tasks
- Manage incoming calls on an overflow basis
- Provide refreshments and receive deliveries
- Assist with document scanning, distribution, and other administrative duties
- Perform First Aid and Fire Marshal duties (training provided)
Receptionist Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong focus on quality client care
- Experience in a busy professional services environment (preferred)
- Highly organised with a proactive and flexible approach
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Calm and composed under pressure
- Confident IT user with good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
