The HR Administrator will provide efficient, accurate, and timely administrative support across all areas of the employee lifecycle. Working as part of the HR team, the post holder will maintain accurate employee records, process HR documentation, and support recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and other HR initiatives.
In addition, the role will contribute to ensuring compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and data protection requirements, helping to deliver smooth and effective HR processes that support the Mission of the Diocese.

HR Administrator Requirements:
- Experience working in a professional office environment, ideally within HR
- An interest in HR and a desire to build a career within HR
- Confidentiality, high level of integrity, and discretion
- Able to prioritise, organised with excellent attention to detail
- Competent in the use of MS Office, TEAMS, and ideally LinkedIn and Canva
- Honest and open, willing attitude, and calm demeanor
