About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Planner to join a collaborative team and deliver holistic, goals-led financial planning advice to an interesting and diverse client base. You'll be working with clients with varying levels of wealth and complexity, using cashflow forecasting tools to help them achieve their financial goals. The role offers excellent scope for professional development, with a supportive environment for continual learning and progression towards Chartered Status.
Financial Planner Responsibilities
- Providing holistic, goals-led financial planning advice to a diverse range of clients
- Conducting comprehensive financial reviews and developing tailored financial plans
- Actively using cashflow forecasting tools to support client planning
- Advising on financial planning issues for clients with higher levels of wealth
- Managing complex tax planning matters including LSA, Pension Annual Allowances and MPAA, inheritance tax NRB and RNRB, business taxation reliefs, personal income tax allowances, and capital gains annual exemptions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Growing your client base through organic enquiries, referrals, and professional networking
- Staying current with regulatory changes and industry developments
- Working collaboratively within the team to deliver exceptional client outcomes
Financial Planner Requirements
- Minimum of five years' experience advising and planning for clients
- Level 4 Qualified with demonstrable progression towards Chartered Status
- Strong technical knowledge across all areas of financial planning
- Proven experience operating in a holistic, goals-led role
- Active experience using cashflow forecasting tools
- Comfortable advising on financial planning issues for clients with higher levels of wealth
- Comprehensive understanding of all tax allowances and reliefs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Commitment to delivering outstanding client service
