Role Overview
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will be a crucial part of a dynamic and supportive team that values individual contribution and professional growth. Conveyancing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support the Conveyancing team with both routine and complex administrative tasks
- Amend and collate letters with enclosures, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines
- Secure appropriate signoffs from relevant Lawyers
- Handle post-completion tasks with increasing levels of responsibility
- Engage directly with clients, stakeholders, and third parties
- Manage correspondence, calls, and emails promptly and professionally
- Collaborate closely with Matter Lawyers, Team Manager, and Real Estate Group members
- Contribute to the team's high-quality service standards
Conveyancing Assistant Requirements:
- Proven experience working within Conveyancing with a solid understanding of procedures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships
- Proven capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated skill in completing tasks quickly and accurately
- Advanced IT skills with ability to quickly learn new systems
- Commitment to working within a quality standard environment
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Own transport desirable but offices are reachable with public transport
